The Mardan Sword is a bladed weapon and part of Toan's weapons in Dark Cloud, called Mardan Eins, and Monica Raybrandt's melee weapons in Dark Chronicle. In Dark Cloud it can only be obtained by purchasing it at the FP Exchange for 2500 FP, after having caught at least one Mardan Garayan. It builds up into the Mardan Twei and can only be built up by catching Mardan or Baron Garayans.
In Dark Chronicle it can only be obtained as a reward for winning the Beginner class Finny Frenzy race.
