Phil is a character in Dark Cloud. He resides in Queens. Phil is a handsome teenage boy who is the Guardian of the Cathedral, a position which seems to be hereditary. He is shown to be concerned about the town's culture being dilluted by corrupt people like King. After Toan restores the Cathedral, Phil will explain the story of Queen Saia. He will request the Cathedral be placed next to the Tower, because he feels the power coming from it is sacred
